Olá,
Sou muito novo em Linux mas já me atrevi com o POSTFIX.
Instalei-o sobre o Ubuntu Server 8.04 e fiz a configuração mais simples apenas para testá-lo.
Não configurei o domínio ainda no DNS e ao enviar uma mensagem para ele recebo esta mensagem:

Vc mandou par aum e-mail google certo?

Sua mensagem foi rejeitada acredito que pelo fato do seu servidor não estar cadastrado.
