Não consigo atualizar nem instalar programas

Olá, estou usando ubuntu 12.04 64 bits e não consigo atualizar ou instalar programas. Sempre aparece essa mensagem "Não foi possível obter trava exclusiva" e percebi que na minha central de programas existe um processo que não se fecha fica escrito "Pesquisando" e em baixo "cancelando"... O que devo fazer??? Vou postar aqui minha sources.list:

Tente não abrir a Central de Programas e use o comando no terminal "sudo apt-get update" e depois "sudo apt-get upgrade" (todos sem as aspas).
Talves seja mesmo algum problema na Central de Programas.

Deve ser algum problema com o kermel 3.4, quando eu inicio com ele não aparece nem o unity. Deve ser incompatibilidade com o AMD catalyst 12.4.

De qualquer forma, agradeço a atenção de vocês vou usar meu kernel 3.2 pois não estou com problemas com ele.
