Erro para atualizar Ubuntu Zesty [RESOLVIDO]

Ola pessoal tudo certo ai com vcs ? espero que sim !!
gostaria de ver se alguem pode me ajudar nao estou comseguindo atulizar meu ubuntu toda vez que dou o comando apt-get update ele para em 4% e fica dando um looping.... alguem pode me ajudar a resolver ?
desde de ja agradeço a todos .
ele fica nisso .......
