Erro de Java

Bom dia, estou iniciando no Linux com uma distribuicao redhat6, e estou encontrando problema na instalacao de um aplicativo, alguem pode me dar uma luz, sobre o que fazer neste caso. Obrigado.

verifica se esse aplicativo requer a jre ou jdk e confere se estão instaladas...

Estão instalados sim, pelo suporte da empresa me disseram que preciso instalar as libs de 32bits para este software, mas estou com conflito na instalação das mesmas pois o S.O ja reconhece as libs de 64bits

apaguei jre e jdk antigas e fiz manual

copiei a jdk para:
/usr/jdk1.7.0_21/jre/lib/amd64/


no fim de /etc/profile adicionei as linhas:
export JAVA_HOME=/usr/java/jdk1.7.0_21
export CLASSPATH=:$JAVA_HOME/lib/:$CLASSPATH
export PATH=$JAVA_HOME/bin/:$PATH
export MANPATH=$JAVA_HOME/man:$MANPATH

e o mozilla usar o plugin:
ln -s /usr/jdk1.7.0_21/jre/lib/amd64/libnpjp2.so /usr/lib64/mozilla/plugins/

Reinicie e digite java no terminal pra ver se funcionou...

Desculpe pela demora, mas acabei formatando a maquina: segui estes procedimentos mas o erro persiste. Sendo que na maquina anterior eu também tinha executado o mesmo procedimento mas com caminho diferente.

Instalei a aplicação pelo console para não perder muito tempo, mas retornarei a instalar em outra maquina para descobrir esta correção.
