Erro 404 no ppa [RESOLVIDO]

Olá galera, meu nome é Octavio e esse é meu primeiro post aqui no VOL. Usei o ubuntu algumas vezes para manipulação de imagem com a OpenCV e para usar o tweepy, nada além disso (sou bem cotoco no linux rs).
Bom, vamos lá...

Instalei o ubuntu definitivamente em meu not e quis personaliza-lo, porém tive problemas ao baixar e instalar PPA's.

O erro é sempre este, seja qual for o PPA:

  404  Not Found

Com esse erro não consigo fazer a instalação do PPA, o erro retornado é de que o PPA não foi encrontrado.

Olhei em alguns tópicos aqui mesmo no VOL mas os que achei são para PPA's específicos ou não resolveram. Até agora retirei e instalei novamente o ppa e tentei instalar graficamente.

Se alguém tiver um link de um tópico que resolva ou puder me ajudar, agradeço :)

Vá em Configurações do sistema >> Programas e atualizações >> Outros programas

Desative os PPAs: cpug-devs e tualatrix

Atualize o sistema:

sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade

Fiz isso, porém eu preciso do PPA para instalar temas, icones e etc. Tentei instalar o ubuntu tweak via PPA depois de fazer esse procedimento que vc me falou e deu o seguinte:

Observei que é sempre esse cara o não encontrado, seja qual for o PPA:

Mas está dando problema em baixar qualquer PPA. E eu estou tentando por algum tema no ubuntu, todos que tentei até agora dão esse erro (já que pelo que li até agora só da pra instalar por esse bendito PPA).

Repeti os procedimentos e reiniciei o pc, tentei instalar outro tema via PPA e deu certo... Achei que o problema estava no meu notebook mas é o que o clodoaldops disse mesmo, os PPA's que estão desatualizados.

Vlw galera, desculpem-me a falta de conhecimento em Linux.
