Instalar - Festival-portugues

Prezados,

Gostaria de saber se alguém que utiliza o Slackware 12.2 ou outra versão do Slackware X.X, sabe como instalar o Festival-portugues.

Pois ao tentar instalar tenho os seguinte problemas.

Ou seja não compila alguém sabe como resolve isto.
