Problemas com a instalação do GnGeo

Olá pessoal,depois de tanto procurar um emulador de neo geo para linux eu encontrei o gngeo, segui o seguinte tutorial para instalá-lo:

mas quando chega no comando

# make && make install

dá o seguinte erro:

Eu uso Satux linux, q é baseado no debian.
