Apt-get querendo remover pacote [RESOLVIDO]

Olá,

preciso instalar os seguintes pacotes: portmap e nfs-common. O problema é que se instalo o portmap ele automaticamente desinstala o nfs-common, se instalo o nfs-common ele automaticamente desinstala o portmap.

Exemplo - tentando instalar o nfs-common:

root@lsc3:~# apt-get install nfs-common

Já fiz apt-get update, apt-get upgrade, apt-get autoclean, e nada resolveu. Algúem tem alguma dica.
Desde já agradeço.

O aptitude gerencia melhor as dependências e t dá mais opções d instalação. Tente com ele, acredito q dará certo (remova o portmap e instale apenas o nfs-common)

Ok. Removi o portmap e instalei o nfs-common. Quando instalei o nfs-common foi instalado o rpcbind junto, automaticamente.

Preciso do portmap também. Então fui instalar o portmap pelo aptitude também e a saída foi essa:


The following NEW packages will be installed:
portmap
0 packages upgraded, 1 newly installed, 0 to remove and 0 not upgraded.

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
rpcbind : Conflicts: portmap but 6.0.0-2 is to be installed.

1) nfs-common

Continua querendo remover o nfs-common, pois tem conflito. Como resolver isso sem desinstalar nenhum pacote?

Tente não aceitar a solução, q ele t manda outra. Ae, se tudo não der certo, tente instalar o pacote na mão (indo no repositório, baixando o pacote e instalando com o dpkg).

Ah acho que agora entendi. O pacote rpcbind substitui o portmap. Portmap era usado na dist-6 e o rpcbind é usado na dist-7. Se eu não coloco o repositório da distr-antiga ele nem acha o portmap. Por isso quando o nfs-common é instalado automaticamente ele instala o rpcbind, ou seja, o portmap mais novo.
