Erro apt-get update Ubuntu

Eu to tentando instalar alguns programas no Ubuntu e não to conseguindo porque fica dando 404 Not Found, e quando do sudo apt-get update aparece isso:

Vá em Programas e Atualizações >> Outros
Remova todos os repositórios não oficiais com exceção do SimpleScreenRecorder, mas remova sua duplicada.
Atualize o Ubuntu.

Remova PPA do Trusty 1404
Use apenas PPA do Bionic 1804
