Instalação de certificado SSL

1. Instalação de certificado SSL

instalei o apache em um CentOS 7, instalação padrão e tentei instalar um certificado ssl que compreo no godaddy, e fui segundo os procedimentos indicados até o o servidor parou de startar. A mensagem de erro que eu tenho no momento é essa:
