SSH Secure Shell "algorithm negotiation failed"

Prezados,

Não consigo acessar o meu servidor com a ferramenta SSH Secure Shell, apenas com o Putty a conexão funciona.

Está apresentando a mensagem de erro "algorithm negotiation failed" entendo que a client está conseguindo comunicar com o server, porém por alguma questão a conexão não é concluida.

Via Putty consigo logar no servidor.

o SSH Secure Shell nao funciona com o Ubuntu 16.04, para resolver basta
acrescentar estas linhas no final do arquivo /etc/ssh/sshd_config

# Ciphers
Ciphers aes128-cbc,aes192-cbc,aes256-cbc,blowfish-cbc,arcfour
KexAlgorithms diffie-hellman-group1-sha1
