ATI radeon 9550

Olá a todos!

Estou tendo sérios problemas na configuração de minha placa, já segui vários artigos e mesmo assim não obtive êxito, usei o último driver lançado pela Ati para minha placa más após a configuração automática a interface gráfica nem sobe, tentei também com o module assistant e envy más não surtiram efeito.
Alguém tem alguma idéia do q seja??? Utilizo o Debian etch!

Tentando ajudar: Deveria funcionar, pois as configurações parecem corretas.
Uma possibilidade de falha:
Quando se instala um driver genérico que serve para todos os LInux e versões do kernel ele compila o módulo do kernel.
Para isso o buid essential tem que estar instalado e o fonte do kernel que gerou o kernel rodante. No devian esse fonte está no repositório e tem um nome como linux-2.22-nn .
Se faltar algo ou se tiver algo incompatível o módulo ou não compila ou não carrega, aí o driver falha.
Verifique..
Não sei se ajudei ou se fiquei na boa vontade.

Pacotes a serem instalados :

build-essential
kernel-headers-versãodoseu kernel você descobre dando um uname -r
veja:
03:33 debian§aluno12:~$ uname -r
2.6.18-4-686

entao o pacote seria

kernel-headers-2.6.18-4-686

Outros pacotes

gcc g++

Instalando

aptitude install -y kernel-headers-2.6.18-4-686 build-essential gcc g++

Nicolo não encontrei nada parecido com linux-2.22-nn. Até instalei um linux-patch e mais algumas coisas do meu kernel (2.6.18-6-k7) sem nem entender muito pra que serviam, depois reinstalei o driver e não deu nada tbm.
Os pacotes que o Maran me passou já estavam todos instalados aki :(
O pior é que eu já fiz funcionar essa minha placa antes, mas tive que formatar e agora não consigo mais! Não sei se é essa nova versão do driver da ATI...
