Placa de vídeo - S3 Unichrome - RESOLVIDA
Gurizada, quem tem o notebook positivo v21, conhece essa maldita placa bem, acho que até hoje ninguém conseguiu configurá-la no Slackware. Pois bem, consegui agora pouco (06/10/2007 - 20:33). Vai a dica aí, é bem simples.
O Ubuntu 7.04 reconhece e configura essa placa, o que você tem que fazer é copiar o xorg.conf dela e colar no Slackware, dentro da pasta /etc/X11.
Se não quiser ter o trabalho de copiar o xorg.conf, aí vai a configuração:
OBS: Provavelmente o ambiente gráfico ficará lento, mas isso é por causa da memória, então salve esse xorg.conf e modifique o seu através deste xorg.

Eu usei aqui o 7.04 e agora tou com o 7.10 e nenhum dos dois configurou com o driver específico, apenas com o genérico, vesa.
Você poderia me dizer como faz pro ubuntu configurar direito, pois ele foi o que melhor consegui configurar no meu notebook.
